King Cup Insurance Liability Waiver

Hi Soccer Friends,

I went to the Sounders match in Portland this weekend and watched a great game. It was a 1 to 1 draw, but with great action throughout. Harvest Cup 2012 is now closed to new registrations. 42 teams registered in 4 divisions are competing next month for guts and glory in Casa Grande Arizona on the nicest grass pitches in the Western United States. Schedules will be posted next week. No more team registrations will be accepted, but if you want to come individually and join a team already playing, just send me an email and I will connect you.

For the real news, let’s move on to Las Vegas. King Cup 2013 is slated to be our largest tournament ever. 2 divisions are already sold out even though I just secured a brand new soccer complex called Charlie Frias Park. We will be the first event ever on their fields. This let me expand the tournament so we now have 208 team slots available on 29 fantastic fields throughout Vegas. So far 161 teams have registered. Most recreational divisions are almost full. Now is the time to register before your division fills up.

If you have already registered or know any teams that may want to register please forward this email to your soccer friends around the world. So far all of our teams are from the US and Canada, but we have some interest from Croatia and England and a few players coming from Kenya. We have 70 teams from California with the rest from 21 other states and 5 of Canada’s 10 provinces. Even though my French is horrible it would be great to have a team from Quebec. I’ve never had a team come from Germany, which is weird since my father’s family is from there, so send this out to your German friends as well.

We have a hotel contract at the Monte Carlo for 350 rooms. The rate is $105 Friday and Saturday night, only $60 on Sunday. These can only be booked on our website or by calling our office. Thanks for booking your travel with us. See you in January and if you need anything between now and then just give Lori or me a shout.

About The Tournament:

The King Cup is Soccer in Sun’s longest running tournament. The tournament was started in 1996 by my good friend Adrian Eyre. As a Frenchman, Adrian always had a passion for travel and soccer. He combined these passions and created Soccer In Sun, a premier soccer event organization. We have carried on his vision and continue to provide amazing sporting events around the country. Last year the King Cup was attended by 186 teams from all over the world. This year we have made some significant changes to bracketing thus increasing the competitiveness of the tournament and have added an over 60 division making room for 192 teams.
